Peter Gagnon joined Patriot Capital in 2024 after previously joining the Patriot Capital Group investment banking affiliate, Bengur Bryan, in August 2021 as a Senior Analyst. At Patriot Peter’s responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence review, portfolio management and supporting other aspects of transaction execution. He began his career at Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, a middle-market investment banking and advisory firm experienced in special situations mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Mr. Gagnon worked in the corporate restructuring practice at SC&H Group.
