Charles M. Adams joined Patriot Capital in April 2021, bringing over $3 billion of credit transaction experience and nearly a decade of partnering with middle market private equity sponsors and management teams.
Prior to joining Patriot, Mr. Adams was instrumental in building out a national business unit at Texas Capital Bank from 2017 to 2021. During this time, he led originations, capital markets, deal execution, and portfolio management efforts, focusing on leveraged transactions, private equity sponsors, and the consumer-retail space. Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Mr. Adams worked as a deal professional at GE Capital Markets, where he led the structuring, distribution, and execution of syndicated loan transactions, from 2013 to 2016. He is a graduate of GE’s Crotonville Leadership Training Program.
Mr. Adams is a registered representative holding active Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Natalie, daughter Rowan, and an Irish Doodle named Ruby.
