Patriot Capital Announces Investment in Vermana
Patriot Capital, a multi-strategy middle market investment firm, is pleased to announce its recent investment in Vermana (the “Company”), a newly formed platform combining three affiliated commercial pool companies – Vermana, Pulexa, and nV Pools – headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
The Vermana platform offers full-service commercial pool maintenance, renovation, and construction across Florida and the Southeastern U.S., with plans to expand through strategic acquisitions and a unified brand.
Patriot’s investment in Vermana was made alongside Aldine Capital Partners in support of the acquisition of the Company by Lightview Capital, a West Palm Beach, Florida-based private equity fund. Stan Bikulege, Principal at Lightview Capital, remarked, “We are very excited to partner with Patriot as we look to expand the Vermana platform across the Southeast.
