Patriot Capital is pleased to announce a subordinated debt and equity investment in Vita Nonwovens LLC (“Vita” or the “Company”). Patriot’s investment alongside senior debt from PNC Business Credit supported Industrial Opportunity Partners’ acquisition of Vita.
The Company, headquartered in High Point, NC, is a manufacturer of high-performance nonwoven material. Vita is a supplier of products to customers primarily in the U.S. bedding/mattress and automotive industries. The primary products include nonwovens for mattress panels, borders and padding, and noise reduction and thermal insulation products for automotive applications.
